Refund policy

At The House of Botanicals, each product is crafted in small batches and made to order with great care. Because of the nature of our process, we are only able to accept returns on items that are unused and unopened.

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@thehouseofbotanicals.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item to confirm it is unopened and unused, we will issue a refund or ship a replacement, depending on your preference.
